How to Prevent Your Claude Account From Being Banned

2026-11-08Build5 min

Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live.

Recently, several friends have asked me how to use Claude without getting banned. Whether it's for writing code or articles, it is top-tier—stronger than both Codex and Grok.

The solution is simple: use Claude Code remotely. Use a machine in a physical location permitted by Claude, such as one in Singapore, SSH into it, and run Claude Code from there. You can generally use cloud service providers like Amazon or other hosting providers for the remote machine; if you choose the latter, you can ask me for an invitation link, which includes a discount coupon.

Next, I'll recap what I've been doing as an indie developer this week.

Submitting Backlinks

I currently have 5 indie products, and I have completed the technical SEO for all of them. I’m hoping to secure Google rankings, so I am submitting backlinks every day. I have compiled a list of about 800 platforms where you can submit backlinks for free, and I submit to a few manually each day. If you need it, you can send me a private message, and I can share it with you for a fee.

Mining Needs

I used to focus only on my own pain points to identify needs, but recently I’ve been using a tool called Semrush for analysis. I’ve found that it adds many dimensions to my thinking; just by using the "Keyword Strategy Builder," you can discover a lot of new needs and high-quality keywords. Therefore, I still recommend purchasing this tool for keyword research.

Reading

This week, I finished reading The Remote Savior (遥远的救世主), and I am currently reading Game Theory and Don't Make Me Think: A Common Sense Approach to Web Usability.

The concept of "Tathagata" mentioned in The Remote Savior has been most helpful to me: whatever I do, I should first learn and think about its objective laws rather than relying on my own fantasies, assuming that if I just do things a certain way, I will succeed.

Game Theory is quite brain-intensive to read, while Don't Make Me Think is much smoother. One sentence in the book stands out: "Don't make me think." It means the product interface you design shouldn't force users to think; instead, after searching for a keyword and clicking the link, they should immediately see the functionality they want to use and start clicking without needing to think.

I remember hearing an entrepreneur in a podcast once say they wanted to design their product's homepage with only a single button. I didn't quite understand it at the time, but after reading this sentence, I finally understood.

Adjusting My Mindset

Sometimes when I sit in front of the computer, I feel like there are so many things to do. At times like this, I should think about what the most important task is right now and focus on that.

Digital Assets

Start building your digital assets as early as possible. Whatever new discoveries you have, just package them into products and sell them. For example, the backlinks mentioned above, or the 5 websites I mentioned—these can all be treated as products to generate profit. Day by day, you will find that your passive income streams have become remarkably robust.

AI Tool Selection

My chosen AI combination recently has been Grok and Codex. Since both can be operated locally—unlike Claude, which is very likely to get banned if accessed locally—I use these two to have them supervise each other's output. The results have been excellent.

Fitness

As winter approaches and I am sweating less, I can clearly feel that my body's calorie consumption has decreased. In addition to anaerobic exercise, I plan to add outdoor running twice a week, incorporating high-intensity interval training to increase calorie burn.

That’s what I’ve been working on this week.
